Essential Oils Blend “Sweet Dream”

Characteristics: The blend consists of only natural ingredients, it has an effective influence on the body. It has a unique and incredible ease of use. Just a few drops of the blend and your sleep will be strong and calm.

Application: Oil burner: pour in the upper bowl of the oil burner 2-6 tablespoons of warm water, add a few drops of oil, then put a lit candle (paraffin-alcohol, in a metal container) into the bottom section .

Aromabath: add 3-5 drops of the blend in 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (sea salt, honey), dissolve it in 0.5 liters of warm water, add this mixture to the bath. Treatment time is 10-20 minutes.

Inhalation:

Drip 2-3 drops of the blend on natural fabrics and place it near the bed.

Cold inhalation: put 1-2 drops of the blend in aroma pendant or on aroma medallion and alternate 10 deep – 7 short breaths. The procedure time is 3-5 minutes.
